The main characteristic of the Plan chair, designed by Marco Piva for public spaces, is the use of multilayer, a warm material that adapts to any type of production. The finishes are in ash or wenge with satin-finish aluminium detail on the leg tips, while the upholstery is made of leather or fireproof fabric, creating an elegant original contrast of textures.
The curved backrest, with linear slits highlighting the softness of the fabric, envelops and “protects”, forming practically one single unit with the seat element, resulting in a product guided by principles of comfort and safety. Plan has a simple design but extreme flexibility of use in many different contexts. It features a spacious comfortable seat, achieved via careful study of form and dimensions, which perfectly meets the ergonomic needs, aesthetics and technical requirements of contemporary living.
